Our business and supply chains

Geodesea Ltd is a UK‑based hydrographic surveying and geospatial consultancy providing specialist survey and related technical services.
The company operates with a small, specialist team and uses a limited number of trusted suppliers and subcontractors for survey vessels, equipment, IT, and professional services

Geodesea Ltd has a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation.
The company is committed to ensuring that everyone who works for or with Geodesea Ltd does so freely, is treated with dignity and respect, and works in safe conditions in compliance with UK law.

What we do in practice

To support this commitment, Geodesea Ltd will:

Only work with suppliers and subcontractors that it believes share these ethical standards and comply with relevant legislation.
Make clear, where appropriate, its expectations on anti‑slavery and human rights when engaging new suppliers or subcontractors.
Carry out basic due diligence on higher‑risk suppliers or service categories where proportionate for a small business.
Keep internal recruitment, right‑to‑work, pay, and working conditions in line with UK employment law and good practice.

Raising concerns

All staff, contractors, and business partners are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking in Geodesea Ltd’s operations or supply chains.
Any concerns can be raised directly with a director of Geodesea Ltd and will be treated seriously and, where appropriate, investigated and acted upon.

Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically and updated if necessary to reflect changes in legislation, guidance, or the scale and nature of Geodesea Ltd’s activities.
